If you're looking for a one-bedroom vacation home in Tucson, Arizona ~ please consider this one!  Our 947 square foot, fully detached guest house sits on half an acre of land.  Rental includes everything shown in the below photographs as well as central heat, central air conditioning, central evaporative cooler, and use of a washer and dryer.  The home is located in one of the most convenient areas of Tucson, about 1 mile NW of the intersection of Sabino Canyon Road and Tanque Verde Road, yet the neighborhood is quiet.  Your well-behaved adult pet is always welcome, and both the guest house and the grounds surrounding the home have always been and will remain exclusively non-smoking ~ no exceptions!

The guest house is located diagonally across the street from the University of Arizona's historic Indian Ridge Hohokam Indian Ruins.  In October, 2008 there was a tour of the site given by the University, click here if you wish to read about this tour.  In the spring of 2011, the university did some fieldwork at the ruins.  Click here to read about this effort.

Credenza with Sony Mini Hi-Fi system ~ plays standard CD's, MP3 CD's, has an AM/FM radio, and includes an iPod dock!	Telephone table with cordless telephone and answering machine.  All guests will have free local phone service.	China closet, guests are welcome to use the china.	Gas fireplace with remote control.	You'll be toasty warm on cool nights!
46" widescreen High Definition LCD TV with 140+ cable channels, a DVR, a Sony DVD player, many DVD movies, two La-Z-Boy leather rocking recliners, and a handy TV table.  Weekly TV schedules, as well as the daily & Sunday newspaper will be provided at no additional charge.	The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.  The refrigerator has a large ice maker.	Plantation shutters in the kitchen.	Dining room.	HUGE bedroom closet totaling nearly 60 square feet, including 24' of hanging clothes rods, 45' of storage shelves, and double mirrored doors.
King size bed with a Beautyrest® mattress and box springs.  There is a cordless telephone beside the bed.	A desk to write letters, read, and/or set up your computer.  The clock is "atomic", for when you need a clock which is guaranteed accurate!  Ethernet (average 22,000 kbps) and Wireless-N (average 10,000 kbps) connections are both available 24/7.	For your clothes, knick knacks, etc.  When you open the cabinet in the middle, you have . . .	. . . a 20" Sony Trinitron Wega TV with 75+ cable channels, a Sony VCR with built-in cable tuner, some blank tapes, and an easy-to-use universal remote control.	Bathroom; all linens, tissue, TP, hand soap, etc. are provided.
